I hav never had bad service there and the food is good every time.
Terrible service, food is basic/low quality. Over-hyped and over priced, not like it used to be years ago, this place needs to close.
These people are lucky I was patient and didn't snap on them, do not go here. You will be disappointed and angry with the quality of the food and the service. Go somewhere else if you are seeking Italian food.
I was a first timer @ Franks loved the apps! Food was really tasty and wait staff was friendly will definitely go back!
