Brisket was great, ribs are tender, sausage full of flavor. Even the sauce had a smoky flavor. Not that you need sauce, adds to it all!
We took our Thanksgiving Turkey to get smoked....omg it was amazing! The process was easy and everyone was helpful and nice. I will continue to come from out of town to enjoy this place
Met there with my Rotary club today. What a fantastic experience!
