Was moving from out of state and Heather was amazing in helping me with the entire process. Heather and the entire staff have been amazing even after move in. The apartment and building are well kept and in good order. It has been a great experience.
Let me start off by saying , Allen, the guy that seems to be in charge of everything at the Cosmopolitan, is absolutely wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable, quick friendly, resourceful and I’m actually gonna miss him. Unfortunately, he cannot be a one-man show. The building need to proper staff in order to maintain day to day.These are not luxury apartments? 5 out of 7 days a week, the halls absolutely stink because of the dumpster. The property is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown with walking distance to the beautiful bay, great restaurants, and bars and just a few flights down to First Friday Art Walk. The South Beach architectural style is unique to Corpus Christi and I feel very safe being that there is an on sight parking garage.
