Food was cold and order was wrong, Fries were old and stale, burnt and little pieces like bottom of bag and bottom of frier warmer for hours, ordered no cheese on one whataburger and cheese on another whataburger, not only did I get cheese on both I got cheese that we didn't order, Service was poor, restaurant was dead, workers were not caring at that time, asked for toasted buns, not done, and they had no pickles on the hamburgers, and a big chunk of lettuce breaking through my hamburger tearing the bun, tomatoes were not fresh, squashed and thin, horrible experience, should of never went to this whataburger, happier at my local neighborhood one on Staples, this one was by the gas station on Airline. Crap.

Had a great experience today. Courteous service with a smile and piping hot fries. Food came out exactly as ordered n a timely fashion.
I ordered thru dine in, I received my burger I got about half cold , my fries where more fresh then the burger . While I corrected the order to the employee they all continued to make unnecessary rude comments and eye contact , the African-American cook, proceeded to say I made that Burger it is fresh , when I told them to touch it to show the cook still made comments how it was right . After I received my remake they put 2x the mustard on the burger and didn’t even apologize for the experience. As I lost my appetite , the lobby line continued to expand while a lady was waiting on her order for over 30 mins . Then the white cashier lady told her I don’t see the order so it ain’t my problem but the customer obviously told them you had took my order while she had the cup in her hand . The white cashier lady gave her rude faces and comments saying “that ain’t my problem “. While the cook lady (that made my burger and make comments about the remake she needed to make for me . Came to help the other worker with her attitude which makes no sense when she gave attitude behind the grill about my remake . Please fix your service I lost my appetite here.

The dining experience left much to be desired due to subpar service. Despite having two open lanes, Lane B, where we were situated, lacked attention. We patiently waited for someone to take our order via the intercom, but disappointingly, no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, in Lane A, cars consistently received prompt service, leaving us feeling neglected.
I went to Whataburger for the third time. My two name is Michael Kyle. I talked to he's a manager and he turned around and made me choose Whataburger over anywhere else. The food was fantastic. The order was perfect. Then mandys are raised cuz he is such a great person . You should have managers like that at all. Your Whataburger's Kyle's the best. He should be supervisor of all of them. I'll tell all my friends to go to that store because of him.
