“We were driving through the area and looked for a burger restaurant with good reviews from trip advisor. Mimi was darling. The onion straws were great! I got the bacon hatch green chili burger. Ask for it medium and it came a little more done. But it wasn't too dry and the flavor was good. My husband did not care for his french fries but the burger was good. We would have tried to fried pies, but they were closing up early and had already turned off their fryer.“
“First timers. We went for my husband's birthday. I can honestly say that it didn't disappoint. It is truly a hidden gem. We were seated out on the deck, there was a breeze and music coming from the Pavillion. Chill atmosphere and great food. We shared our meal and it was a good thing. The portions are plentiful. We will be back“
“Breakfast with family in from out of town.I wasn't up to making breakfast for everyone and this cute little lakeside store/Cafe is just likevisiting Grandma's on Saturday morning. We ordered fried eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns. All cooked to perfection and my hubby got pancakes which were light and fluffy and too much for him to finish. There's plenty of room to sit at available tables in the Cafe. The service is great and the staff is super sweet. The tea and coffee is freshly made.Highly recommend for dine in or take out.Their breakfast biscuits are delicious.“
“Ghost kitchen inside of Dickies. I had the El Fuego burger which was delicious. The meat was seasoned well, with brisket and jalapeno sausage on top. The french fries were fresh and natural cut and the Cajun seasoning was good. I was able to order from inside the restaurant. Would eat here again.“
“We had the most delicious brisket sandwiches one sliced and the other chopped, plus juicy tasty tender ribs, the meat just fell off the bones. The BBQ sauce was delicious too, but the meat stood out on its own. It was hard to choose.... Dip or not....We had to drop off a uhaul truck towards the left side of the restaurant and had absolutely no knowledge of the restaurant until we pulled in. It was about to close, but luckily we got our orders in on time because it was just absolutely delicious! Such a great surprise!I'm not sure if they had table service, but we ordered at the counter. The barn style atmosphere was cozy and perfect for our after moving appearance. It was my birthday and I was dreading having to settle for a chain drive thru restaurant after all the intense labor. It turned out to be a wonderful birthday-worthy dinner, with plenty of leftovers which I happily ate after a three hour drive, a shower and a nap.My review is from an August 2023 visit, so I'll have to go back to get a more detailed and an updated review with pics soon. ?.“
“I stopped in to grab a burger, I was waited on immediately he was very professional and knowledgeable. The Whataburger was clean along with all the tables/chairs.One of the cleanest I’ve been in.Food was great and tasty, I had the Jalapeno cheese burger which was perfect! Great Place with Great Food!“
“The entire experience was good. My steak was done correctly, the broccoli was fresh, and the mashed potatoes were well, just mashed potatoes, exactly what I expected. The appetizer was good, and the chips were k thin and brittle, making it difficult to get the spinach artichoke dip. The blonde brownie is always a hit. The service was spot on and pleasant. The atmosphere was decent. The restaurant was clean, the flatware was not. The music was a bit loud. It made following conversations difficult.“
“This was our 1st time trying this place. Gotta say we were impressed with just aboout everything. Our waitress was very nice and good to talk to. Loved the hand battered boneless wings & fries. My wife had a guacamole burger which she said was real good. Both kids were happy with theirs also. Our oldest complimented her burger multiple times. I definitely plan to go back.Side note...Kids loved the free ice cream with their meals.“
