“Anybody going to/ thru Corsicana and hungry needs to stop at the Olive Branch Eatery. It's kind of a tea room with real food. Food was really good. My partner said their chicken salad was perfect. They customized their broccoli salad for my vegetarian desire without even having to be asked. The serving staff was eager to help. All around 10 in my book. ?“
“The gas was out in the whole city this day, but the restaurant was still in business. The server was so helpful and nice. The food was good, I do wish I had sausage gravy, but im not sure if it was an option. The biscuits were so fluffy that I couldn't stop drinking it, even though i was freezing. The sweet tea was sweet and strong. The restaurant gave such an old milkshop vibe. It was cute.“
“Great vurger, this I can attest to. If on 287, it is worth the stop. Place may not be appealing to the eye if you are an out- of-towner but you will be very surprised. Very friendly staff and a place to stop with the kids, the kids will actually thank you once they get inside.“
“We stopped off here on our way from Dallas to Galveston. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Highlights were the burnt ends and the lobster bisque. The lobster bisque is unique and excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice restaurant in this small town. Highly recommend. I really don't think you can go wrong here.“
“I'm from Georgia and there's a Waffle House on pretty much every corner. But as with everything else, you get good ones and bad ones as well. However, this location, has been the best one I've ever been to. Tori was an amazing cook and Kyham was an amazing server. I ordered my food and then went to wash my hands and my food was already ready ! Simply amazing service ! I really want to praise the cook as everything was perfect and delicious ! Way to go Tori !!“
“On our second visit we loved the place even more. The patio seating out front is perfect in the evening. We also love hanging out on the couch under the gorgeous light fixture. The coffee has always been exceptional and I love Seasonal menus!“
“I haven't eaten yet but, I plan to eat soon. This is my first visit. (I write this review as I wait for my Shrimp and Crawfish.) I high hopes I will enjoy this meal. It should be here soon....and when it gets here...I'm rightly sure it'll be scrumdiddlyumptious....yes sir'ee!“
“This was our 1st time trying this place. Gotta say we were impressed with just aboout everything. Our waitress was very nice and good to talk to. Loved the hand battered boneless wings & fries. My wife had a guacamole burger which she said was real good. Both kids were happy with theirs also. Our oldest complimented her burger multiple times. I definitely plan to go back.Side note...Kids loved the free ice cream with their meals.“
“Wondered about this place for a few years and decided to find it. Food was very good and the presentation was better than average. Great view of the water. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service even though the restaurant was busy. Only reason atmosphere was not a five is because it was very loud.“
“I cannot say enough positive things about the food.We went for the special which was Pho. I’ve always been a creamy soup base person but was interested in trying the Pho because of the 24 hour broth. This broth was hands down the best broth I’ve ever had. The chili oil was made in house as well & before I put it on my food I had to taste it. It was so well balanced & the heat blossomed in your mouth. The mint created an element that was very refreshing against the heat of the oil that made this dish an absolute success. The noodles were a perfect texture, the meat was thin & tender. We also started with a sampler of appetizers which had mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, & dirty fries. The dirty fries were a highlight with the fries being flavorful & cooked to a beautiful crisp exterior but soft interior. The pulled pork & barbecue sauce could have been their own meal. Again, perfect texture on the pork. Not tough, not stringy, it just melted in your mouth. The steak was meticulously seasoned & had a crust on the outside but the meat was cooked properly to medium inside. The green beans were excellent; tender without being mushy. The mashed potatoes were their own little bit of creamy, red-skinned heaven. The cheesecake was divine but the real callout was the crust which wasn’t dry or crumbly & didn’t detract from the cheesecake itself but melded into it and elevated the dessert to a new level.I had a raspberry mojito which was light & refreshing. They had a great drink selection available.Michael is a talented artist whose passion for food shines in every dish that he makes.“
“I gave it a 4 star rating because the food was delicious, but the crowded space made it hard to truly enjoy our family. I think they should space the tables out a little more. But, I'm sure if you took the food to-go and went somewhere more comfortable it would be great. My personal opinion.“
“At the time I'm writing, they do not serve food. The crowd is awesome and fun, the pool table is great and the scotch was poured heavy. If you are not ok with smoke, definitely stay away, but if you don't mind, it's definitely worth the visit.“
“I'm giving them a 5star but I got lucky. I drove on my way back from Dallas to this location to pickup a bag of 10lbs of unshelled pecans. I got lucky and got the "last" bag.The spice, syrup, chocolate flavor pecans are plentiful but the paper skin unshelled pecans is limited in qty. I would call ahead and ask them to hold a bag of ensure they have more than 1 bag available. The papershells pecans are btw the way 6 stars quality.“
“We went there Friday Night! I forgot to post that night. Our entire evening was so amazing! Our waiter was amazing and attentive! The food was out so fast hot and each course was served with impeccable timing! Thank you for being the best experience in years at any restaurant in Corsicana! I highly recommend! Great Job Y'all!“
“We had the most delicious brisket sandwiches one sliced and the other chopped, plus juicy tasty tender ribs, the meat just fell off the bones. The BBQ sauce was delicious too, but the meat stood out on its own. It was hard to choose.... Dip or not....We had to drop off a uhaul truck towards the left side of the restaurant and had absolutely no knowledge of the restaurant until we pulled in. It was about to close, but luckily we got our orders in on time because it was just absolutely delicious! Such a great surprise!I'm not sure if they had table service, but we ordered at the counter. The barn style atmosphere was cozy and perfect for our after moving appearance. It was my birthday and I was dreading having to settle for a chain drive thru restaurant after all the intense labor. It turned out to be a wonderful birthday-worthy dinner, with plenty of leftovers which I happily ate after a three hour drive, a shower and a nap.My review is from an August 2023 visit, so I'll have to go back to get a more detailed and an updated review with pics soon. ?.“
“This place RULES after 8pm (I think) with half price apps & good happy hour options.Service is great, good is great. Only complaint is the music is usually too loud.Pretty good vegetarian options, the impossible burger here is very good!Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, veggies sides, veggies dips“
“We were driving through the area and looked for a burger restaurant with good reviews from trip advisor. Mimi was darling. The onion straws were great! I got the bacon hatch green chili burger. Ask for it medium and it came a little more done. But it wasn't too dry and the flavor was good. My husband did not care for his french fries but the burger was good. We would have tried to fried pies, but they were closing up early and had already turned off their fryer.“
