“The food was delicious. I love their chicken salad. Sweet tea was delicious. The girl that was taking our order was new, and she had to ask for help because "she couldn't understand what I was saying". Really? I think I speak English very well. What she should have said is "she wants to order the chicken salad, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to enter it on the register. Instead of saying something so ignorant in front of a customer. The place was nice and cool, and it was clean.“

“Great experience. Food was fast, everything was correct and the woman at the drive thru (the name Julia was on the receipt) was super nice. Her smiling face and great customer service isn't something you experience often. We enjoyed our quick visit.“

“Cottula Dairy Queen is one of the easiest eateries to access right off of IH35 South at or about exit #69 and it'll be on the left hand side of the highway about 1/2 a block up in your left. The eatery was very clean and very quick and friendly service with a mentionable and very notable menu that's very well prepared and delivered to your table on occasion. You'll enjoy the finest South Texas Hamburger you've had in quiet sometime and the onion rings are delicious and the fries are fresh. They also feature the latest automated drink dispensers and utensils. Stop by the Restrurant and say hi and have one of their scrumptious ice cream banana splits or even a regular every day float prepared exactly as you ordered it. Great place, great food and Exceptional South Texas Hospitality.“

“Good food, be careful with what they offer, they charged us and then told us that the soda machine does not work, they wanted to give us flavored water and it was only for not turning on the machine, something is happening with the management of that store“

“The staff here is very friendly. There was one staff member and two customers in line. The lady working got our orders completed quickly. She was very efficient.My sandwich was to my liking. The sandwich is what you would expect to get from a chain restaurant.The eating area was clean and it was properly distanced.I would definitely eat here again.“
