I had to wait 1 hour for the pizza, those who were making it with tremendous calm, the confirmation was already there and they had not made it yet and very bad treatment and the broken pizza is disgusting

Waited almost 2 hours from the time I ordered online for a pickup. When I got the pizza they were cold. They were quoting people 1 hour that walked in. Looked like nothing was prepped in the kitchen either. And the waiting area was dirty. And the manager had an attitude.

Arrived at 4:45 pm They did not have Crazy puffs hot and ready as advertised. Which was bad enough but when I was going to go ahead and order some they said the wait time was 45 min. That is ridiculous for an item that is advertised as Hot and Ready from 4 pm to 8 pm. They used to have good service now they never have Hot and Ready items and the wait time is not less than 45 min

This is not the first, second, or third time this location has done this to us. Except this time, the wait was too long.We waited about an hour for an order we placed on the app. We got our food 45 minutes past the given time on the app. The store was warm, and the cashier did not seem bothered by us waiting. There were so many customers just walking out. We will drive an extra 10 minutes to next Little Ceasars, IF we order from them again.

I don’t understand how there could be so many employees, but ONE pizza and crazy bread takes a HOUR AND THIRTY minutes? Never give correct times for pick up. If you order online add a extra 30 min to their time.

The wait time is ridiculous, the estimated time for your order is never correct. The time your order is actually ready to pick up exceeds over 15 minutes. There's is more then 4 staff members on-site therefore it isn't a staffing matter. This location is not being managed well. The pizza is never cut correctly. Dissatisfied custumer.
I felt like I had to be on extra high alert while at the place, inside and outside in the parking lot. I probably won't visit this location again.

Honestly I'm not happy at all with the extra time that I had to wait there for my order because when I placed my order it said it would be ready at specific time right, well when I got there I still had to wait 1 hour to get my order...oh and not even Im sorry or nothing...WOW. Also it was so disappointing what I saw when waiting, there was a lady and she asked about her order when she got there so after waiting and waiting for a really long time she went to go ask again for her order and they told her that they forgot to make it OMG She was so mad....she said cancel my order then and the worst part was that they didn't even said SORRY or nothing like that...so so so not cool little caesars.
