“This was some good BBQ. I had the chopped brisket sandwich and potato salad & both were good. Wife had some sliced brisket and enjoyed that. Another of our party had the sausage and it wasn't that good. Keep in mind bbq taste is mostly a preference and one may like it and another not. I can't comment on the sausage. The peach cobbler was great. We also had the jalapeño poppers which I could have made a meal from...fantastic. I would most definitely try this place again. Heard some foul language coming from the kitchen...don't care for that and makes the place seem a little unprofessional imo.“

“I tried the noodle bowl with beef yesterday and I loved it. I came with two friends who also loved the place. I got all the vegetables and an over-hard egg on top but I asked for no liquid. There's free miso and seaweed soup. I tried the seaweed soup and it was tasty. There's all kinds of sauces but I found everything was delicious with a little soy sauce. I will definitely come back here.“

“Not bad for a chain steak house. Bread and butter are great while you wait for your main course. I had the ribeye with mushrooms on top. It was more of medium rare than medium and the mushrooms on top had more flavor than the steak. Nothing was too bad that it needed to be returned. It's a pretty busy place so be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated if more than 4 in your party.“
“We went through the wrong entrance..don't go through the takeout door. You will first come to the meat area where there is a sign that explains how it works. You order meat, sweet or regular baked potato, and corn. They hand you your food and a ticket. You go into the door where there are options for bread, salads, desserts, soda, etc. You pay for this and find a seat. If you want a margarita, beer, or mixed frozen coke and whiskey. Self serve area offers beans which is tasty.“
“As soon as we walked we were welcomed by the kind workers. The atmosphere is beautiful you can tell they care about cleanliness and good customer service. Lastly the food was delicious my husband ordered the steak and Mac very flavorful and I ordered the chicken fried steak, loaded baked potato, and Brussel sprouts which were very tasty. “Sat outside for a late lunch on the front patio with no wait, food came hot and fast. I had probably the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had and hubby's shrimp tacos were delicious. Service was amazing, we will definitely be back for dinner one night.“
“I live in Granbury, had appt in Fort Worth.I stopped to get some BBQ at Risckys yesterday. April 3, 2024 I had not been there since at least last year. I have to say best lean sliced BBQ sandwich ever. So tender. And this time I also got 1/2 pound for later. Shared some with my mom… Awesome BBQ and sauce. “the chicken is so good. it’s juicy and full of flavor and it’s got the perfect amount of crunch. and the fries are the best i’ve ever had. there were literally no sad, soggy fries in the basket. all of them were perfect and crispy. to my taste anyways. if you like sauce covered chicken, and crispy fresh fries this place is perfect.“
“Food was amazing. Adding salt by yourself brings out the flavors. I'm glad they're conscious of those who don't eat alot of salt. They came around constantly with rolls of bread and the ability to refill drinks was dope. All in all whatever you get to eat, you will be full so come empty-stomached“

“They do catering! We actually decided to have them cater our wedding, and let me tell you it was a hit! So many of our guests complemented on how good the BBQ was and how much they enjoyed it.They provide so much for the catering including sides and drinks, cutlery, plates. It really was helpful to have so many options and know that our guests would have a variety of food and drink options from them alone. In addition they did such a good job on serving the food in a quick manner and while it was hot! So if you have an event and are considering BBQ catered, I would highly recommend trying them out!“
