Chips and sauces were good. Noise level is always super high in this place even when it’s not fully packed. Hostess and wait staff are fast and super friendly. The food… it’s ok. Sauces are rather bland. Not a fan of the corn or rice. Definitely not a fan of the tortillas used for the enchiladas. They are entirely too thick. Needs to be hotter temperature wise. Too many good place in and around Cypress for this to be as popular as it is.
How is the wait time so short? I’m not quite sure how they manage their seating so quickly even when I bring a large party, yet they always seem packed. Compared to every other neighboring Tex Mex place, they manage your wait time like it’s their priority.Their food is consistently great and their margaritas are consistently strong.Unlike most Tex Mex places around, they have separate servers filling drinks while your waiter handles the order. This is the best Texmex restaurant chain in Houston. Food is fantastic, staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the Margaritas are alway strong and flavorful. I recommend the mango or strawberry!
