Wasn't sure I wanted to write this review because I have mixed feelings about my first time visit. I don't want to judge any service on first visit because nothing is ideal and especially during a pandemic which has resulted in limited staff and service levels. I'm all good with that but, when you drive all the way to an ice cream shop because you want a good REAL ICE CREAM MILKSHAKE (and not the overly sweet concoction offered at fast food places) you're kind of put off and shocked...read full review

Had to go because of job. All I can say is, don't go right before closing with a large order. Bunch of young kids that want nothing more than to get out. Took about 3 tries before someone finally decided to help instead of just passing me off to someone else. The young lady (wish I could remember her name) was very friendly despite being told wrong how to ring up this particular type of order.
