Place an order online for pick up with specific toppings and ice cream, bought two milkshakes it did not taste anything like the a milkshake my family said it tasted just like pure milk with barely any cookies. We ordered a banana split it came with the wrong cream in it I paid for extra toppings and out of five I only got two toppings. I called to get the store number and the store number is not registering on the survey so now I have to wait to call another day to get the right number. I don’t understand how an order that was placed online can be messed up this poorly and then to make the shakes with no care is unacceptable.

NEGATIVE STARS. Please listen to the reviews, unlike myself before I went here. Unattractive staff that talk in the back while your trying to get their attention at the ice cream counter. Uneducated on how their own coupons work. Ask them to wash their hands or use gloves before touching your cones. You must ASK if not they won't do it. Gross! Never again.

No dairy free options present in the store even though it’s a big brand doesn’t provide any dairy free option also vegan options. Atleast they have to consider these options in all of the store they have. Guys please consider this option please provide more dairy free options in the stores.

My husband and I came to Baskin and robins to get some ice cream cones, girls with loose hair not covered, place kinda dirty. Not to many flavors to pick from. Girl scooping ice cream and not using gloves and touching the scooper, where the ice cream goes with bear hand. Last time I come here.
