The hamburgers were good but not excellent, the milkshakes were really good and the fries were salty, the place was perfectly clean and the service was awesome, everyone was really nice, the food was not cold but not the needed hot, it is located in a great place.
It's my first time going and I was disappointed. The burger tasted good but was cold, the fries were a little old and hard, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was a little slow.

The taste of the burgers is great, however they were smaller than we expected. The service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say it is anything to write home about, but it's definitely worth coming back. Give them a shot if you're ever in the Cypress area. Side note: they are certainly not stingy on the onion.
