I’ve never had bad In N Out, but this was bad. Our burgers tasted like someone dumped the entire salt shaker on the burger patties. Also the 7up tasted like cardboard.

I don’t care how busy you are… my son who didn’t want to say anything did the drive through and the person in front of him got his drink. When he pulled up the employee was changing out the straw on returned drink and handed it back to him. He was too kind to say anything and just drove off and dumped the drink. He also ordered 2 burgers and got one “ because she didn’t hear him”Big no go on reusing a drink that went into someone else’s car and probably mouth since she knew it wasn’t hers. This just happened today.

The taste of the burgers is great, however they were smaller than we expected. The service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say it is anything to write home about, but it's definitely worth coming back. Give them a shot if you're ever in the Cypress area. Side note: they are certainly not stingy on the onion.

I received a Flying Dutchman had no idea that you had to request onion neither did the person taking my order ended up with two patty’s with cheese. The woman that was at the window to give me my order was extremely rude as well will not be going back.

Have not been to one in 10 years, always like their burgers, toasted buns, and real onion slices. I found the fries and chocolate shake I had to be rather bland.

They would have got a perfect score, but they were a little slow the day I went in there compared to other In-N-Out I have been to.
The fries was extremely salty and tasted like cardboard the onions on the burger idk how to explain it but u tasted the onions more than the burger 48$ literally wasted for nothing.

The food use to be good but today we went through drive through the noise was so loud coming from the in and out building that you could barely hear the person through the speaker. When we finally got our food the cheese burgers were cold and fires were dry and cold… inedible. Waste of 25$.
