The place was empty and so was the drive thru line and it took them over 15 minutes to give me a 1 sandwich.

My recent experience at Panera left me extremely disappointed. I ordered their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, eagerly anticipating the delicious combination of flavors promised by its name. However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to discover that there was not a single sliver of avocado in sight. As someone who specifically chose this sandwich for the avocado, this oversight was truly frustrating.In hopes of resolving the issue, I called the manager to express my dissatisfaction. However, instead of receiving an apology or any form of assistance, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The manager not only failed to acknowledge the mistake but also had the audacity to hang up on me mid-conversation.This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Not only did I not get what I paid for, but I was also treated poorly when attempting to address the issue. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and customer care from a restaurant that prides itself on quality and service. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Panera anytime soon.

I ordered 3 whole chipotle chicken avocado sandwiches and there was No avocado, very tiny amount of chicken and the sandwiches were small. This is the second time i had same experience at this location. I did not want to leave a nasty review and so called to give feedback to the manager, the manager took my call, heard what i said and hung up on me. Really, so un professional. So, i have no choice but to leave this review. I wish i could give a zero stars but google does not give the option. Just because you are a franchise, do not please ruin Panera’s name.

Stopped here before going to work and ordered a whole toasted frontega sandwich with chips. It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten here but I’ve noticed that the bread changed and the chips got smaller. I paid $17 for my meal. I requested that I remove the chipotle sauce and add bacon. Once leaving I noticed that they gave me only half of the sandwich. I went back to receive the other half but the order was totally wrong. I had already wasted time waiting the first and second time of them making the sandwich. I couldn’t wait any longer or I would have been late for work and couldn’t return to receive correct order because we were so busy at work. They had the sauce I requested to be taken off and bread wasn’t toasted well enough

Omg this store is so bad. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt once, twice, hell even ten times and it’s just not getting any better.Service sucks. They’re out of stock half the time. They don’t update the mobile app for advance orders if they’re out of stock. Whole thing is a mess.If you’re in the cypress area I would goto the Copperfield location instead.

This panera is trash. I ordered a pick up and they gave us 2 not even half full soups. And a burnt chicken sandwich.. I will only ever go to the panera on 1960 and eldridge. They are 1000% better. Wow, disappointing panera.

The food was great, but the dining area and the restaurant in general are unclean. Table and chairs left in disarray, dust covered air vents and ceilings, dead flies and dried out food on windowsills. It just felt gross.

Rapid online orders are always messed up even though confirmation via email.Update March 2024Still the worst. Waited forever at the drive thru because they forgot they told me to pull up for my order and the people inside ignored me waiting at the drive thru window until someone finally remembered.

Hands down, probably the worst Panera Bread franchise in the cypress and surrounding areas . They seem to run out of food for two consecutive days , dine in area dirty , customer service is horrendous I am not sure if this bakery / cafe is managed by the makeshift employees and there is zero involvment of the owner / manager . Today was my second attempt to pick up breakfast for coworkers . Never again ! . I would highly recemond going to a small bagel or doughnuts shop . Owner or Manager, please get this issue rectified. Train your employees well .

Had to wait in line several customers back for a rapid pick up, for a sip club order that i placed ahead of time on the app. No large cups at the pick up counter and I was told to ask from front counter with the long line. I don't see what is rapid about this kind of pick up. No hazelnut or decaffeinated coffee available. I've had better service here during the week. I suppose the weekend management is lagging.Update:Came the following weekend. Original review had three stars. Service was much more attentive, this time.It seems like some northwest Paneras are phasing out the rapid pick-up shelves, for reasons unknown. So I imagine getting a rapid pick-up Sip club order may still be an issueAny however, I'm loving the sip club memembership. I receive very good rewards. I actually received a " free entree" reward for up to $15 value, and took full advantage of itI have to say this visit on the morning of March 3rd was very well worth it!

This Panera had skimpy serving of chicken on panini sandwich.....the food was average, not great.The biggest drawback was less than impressive Cleaning. The windows of entire building need good cleaning.....bathrooms need good scrubbing.
