Taco bell has very bad management system. I choose the Taco bell on Fry Rd that only 1 mile to my house. but their system changed to a store with 6 miles away from me without my consent. And one more important thing,I'm pretty sure I filled in my address, and I double-checked that I did, but I got messages and phone calls saying my address wasn't there. I'm very disappointed in taco bell. Never come back

The kiosk will be the closing of Taco Bell. Nobody inside wants to take an order they want you to use the kiosk. Not me. Do better Taco Bell. Nobody was in drive thru and I was the only person in the lobby. You would think they would take all the business they can get

Drive thru service was fast. Got home and opened my food to see a long hair on my food. I won’t be going back.

I asked the manager who happened to be working the drive thru if I could order in person since I ask for grilled burritos. She said just use the kiosk. I asked her where is the option for grilled, she rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer and have NEVER been treated this way.Then when I received my order it was wrong. I brought this up and the manager told the employee in Spanish, can you fix his problem so he can leave.. She didnt know I am a fluent Spanish speaking Latino.The last time I came to this location, I had an issue as well. I just don't know what to do.Please help me becuase I am beyond hurt.and not sure what to do.
