These were the worst breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. About one tablespoon of dried out scrambled egg with a whisper of chorizo. Absolute no flavor.

Sadly this Location is going down so bad.... I placed an online order and after 30 minutes I got there and they didn't even start the order, bathrooms are nasty, kitchen is nasty....Cypress deserves better.

Just placed a curbside order for pickup at 9:54 am. We get there, and there are only two people in the drive thru, the parking lot pretty much empty. We called the number for curbside to let them know we’ve arrived. They didn’t answer. We see people in there standing around. The order gets marked as picked up in my app but no one has brought it to the car. We call again. No answer. My boyfriend had to go into the lobby to pick up our food and mentioned how people were just standing around. Why offer curbside if your employees are just going to ignore the customers there.This isn’t even the first time we’ve had an issue. The other time we tried to pick up our breakfast the manager came out to tell us it was already picked up. That was impossible since we placed the order while we were on the way to the location. The manager only assumed it was picked up because the customer before us had the same name. Completely different orders, yet because my boyfriend and the other customer shared a SUPER COMMON NAME, they almost refused to give us our food until I started asking for a refund.This location is the worst. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Hadn't eaten at a Taco Cabana in about a year. I ordered the beef cabana bowl, and it was pretty good. I just disliked the lettuce used. There are so many hard pieces. If you switched to a different lettuce, it would definitely improve the cabana bowl sales!

You can always judge a place by their bathroom, and this place is bad. I’m guessing the franchise owner is a man or is just someone who lost their interest in the place and just collecting a check. Service is always great and food is good but seems to be in the decline. Clean bathrooms is the reason for Buc-ees success.

I've been coming here for years. The past 6 months the service has been awful. Employees are rude as hell, food isn't ever good anymore. I ordered 2 bacon egg tacos and the tortillas were hard and crunchy (flour tortillas). This place definitely needs new management. And the inside smells musty, floors are always sticky.

Not great. Patio locked. No jalapeños on the salsa bar and they are reluctant to give you any. Pico was not fresh.

Been coming here to get breakfast tacos for the past year. Recently the quality of food & service has severely worsened. The Manager needs to really do a better job at running this location.Understaff & mediocre service is not the way to run a restaurant. For now I’ll keep stopping at chick fill an across until service starts to improve.
