Just placed a curbside order for pickup at 9:54 am. We get there, and there are only two people in the drive thru, the parking lot pretty much empty. We called the number for curbside to let them know we’ve arrived. They didn’t answer. We see people in there standing around. The order gets marked as picked up in my app but no one has brought it to the car. We call again. No answer. Hadn't eaten at a Taco Cabana in about a year. I ordered the beef cabana bowl, and it was pretty good. I just disliked the lettuce used. There are so many hard pieces. If you switched to a different lettuce, it would definitely improve the cabana bowl sales!

You can always judge a place by their bathroom, and this place is bad. I’m guessing the franchise owner is a man or is just someone who lost their interest in the place and just collecting a check. Service is always great and food is good but seems to be in the decline. Clean bathrooms is the reason for Buc-ees success.
