I came to Bob’s expecting a 5 Star steak and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the 18oz Prime Ribeye and it was worse than any steak I have ever purchased at Walmart. My nephew ordered the 14oz ribeye and his wasn’t any better. They were tough as a boot and had gristle throughout. The roasted potatoes with peppercorn gravy were room temperature at best and were nowhere near “crispy” as advertised on the menu and recommended by the waiter. The gravy had NO flavor whatsoever and not a hint of a peppercorn in it. I think it’s sad to come to a premier steak house and the best item on my plate was a carrot! I will never return and take my business to Del Frisco, Four Winds or other premier establishments in Dallas.

It was my first time trying it, and I was blown away by its freshness and depth of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite steak houses. Steak always cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sides wonderfully delicious. Old fashioned cocktails are the best! Of course I will continue to return.

The absolute best steak dinner I have had in years! The service was great (sat at the bar). The food was impeccable. The steak’s flavor was on point. While I understand very expensive, the meal was well worth it. The location was great in the Omni Hotel.

Bobs Steakhouse was fantastic. Every little detail was taken care of, even right down to Andy using the “crummer” to wipe away the bread crumbs from the delicious warm bread brought to the table. Ask for Andy and you will be treated to some Texas hospitality for sure. Also enjoyed Lindsey’s story about Mercedes in Germany and she truly cared about being engaged in our conversation. Had another wonderful conversation with Logan, all about snowboarding in Colorado! Kudos to management in hiring and retaining staff that made our evening experience a time to remember. Now Tom mention the fabulous prime rib, glazed carrot stick, remoulade shrimp, the incredibly tasting garden salad with special added toych of pecans and cranberries in the homemade salad dressing. Perfect texture and flavor all around. We can see why Bob’s Steakhouse is the absolute best of in downtown Dallas!

Absolutely enjoyed this restaurant! I was in town for a cheerleading competition and this restaurant was in our hotel. Great service, Great food, and Great drinks! I had a filet that was cooked and seasoned well, along with a salad and baked potato. I will definitely come back next year when I visit.

Great steakhouse. Truly enjoyed the experience, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Steak was top 3 for me in all of Dallas. They also had the best lobster max and cheese I have ever had. Wonderful restaurant and I will be back. The price is worth it for the quality of restaurant.

From the moment we walked in everything was perfect! The service was outstanding, the food cooked to our expectations and the drinks delicious! What a great surprise with two glasses of champagne and desert for our date night on them! It's the little things!! Amazing!
