My breakfast spot for two days... Centennial, the 2nd-floor eatery in Hyatt Regency Dallas. The service was excellent on the first day but dipped to average on the second. The açaí bowl was a standout, and the chia seed pudding was a delightful surprise. The airy atmosphere and breakfast create a pleasant dining experience. Serves many dietary restrictions!
I had the best pancakes here! Breakfast is only 6:30 to 10:30. There is a big breakfast buffet but I opted for hot pancakes instead with a side of bacon. The bacon was also hot and crispy. The coffee was ok. The server was there soon as we set down to offer coffee and drinks followed by another who took our orders. The dining area is nice ans set up on the second floor with hotel and tower views. I didnt get any photos of my breakfast . It was just that good !
