They’ll charge you an extra quarter for downsizing your Mac and cheese from a medium to a small (aka less food… but more money?) because it’s no longer a meal and not tell you until after they’ve swiped your card. Then still forget to give you a straw.
I had a mobile order that I went to pick up at the store. I originally was going to do carry out but changed to drive-through. Once I got my food I checked to make sure I had everything in it that I requested online. I was missing my barbecue sauce. I asked the cashier for the barbecue sauce that I requested she gave me Chick-fil-A sauce, when I informed her that I didn’t ask for Chick-fil-A sauce, I asked for a barbecue sauce.
