Went with my friends to celebrate a bachelorette! Memphis lit up the dining room, and so sweetly brought us refills and cleared our table. Love the energy here and it was a great time!

I always valued the impeccable customer service model created by the late S. Truett Cathy. Unfortunately, this location fails every trip. The morning crew is rude and not efficient. Loyal customers to Chick-fil-a pull into the drive-through with an expectation to receive quality food a great experience and that one of a kind "its my pleasure" character from the staff. This group is the polar opposite their interactions, screams, take your food, and go.I will never go back to this location. My experience has been subpar, and reading the most recent reviews, my experience seems to be shared by others at different times also.I don't know the ladies who worked on 1/8 before 9 am, but they definitely need people skills and a course in the chic-fil-a customer service model.It is so sad to see the behavior of a few diminish the brand. So sad ?

They’ll charge you an extra quarter for downsizing your Mac and cheese from a medium to a small (aka less food… but more money?) because it’s no longer a meal and not tell you until after they’ve swiped your card. Then still forget to give you a straw.

I don’t think they should nickel and dime frequent customers and blame them if they made the mistake. I had to go around twice the drive thru because they missed the only thing I wanted for me in the menu a buttered biscuit and they still made me wait to check my order holding the drive thru even longer I don’t know I guess I was just expecting at least an apology
