Place an order for delivery days ago. It’s not 20 minutes past the delivery time. The delivery driver has been waiting for the order at the location to make the delivery. Also good luck reaching anyone on the telephone. Doesn’t seem like they have their stuff together.Update. Finally reached someone. The individual was combative over the phone. Believes that GPS can be manipulated through the door dash app and that the third party driver had this capability.Wow.
I recently visited the Great American Cookie, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the server. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the server seemed genuinely annoyed with serving us. His lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to communicate made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.Throughout the duration of our visit, the server barely acknowledged our presence.
