NELSON'S Seafood, Steaks, and Cocktails is a welcomed surprise in Plano. The 12 oz rib eye is cooked to perfection and the trout filet is huge and just right. Sides include potatoes and tender fresh asparagus. The vodka tonic with Tito's is a must-try. The open floor plan allows for wheelchair accessibility. The service at Nelson's surpasses other restaurants in DFW, with a great selection of Scotch and wines. The deviled eggs, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and crab cakes are flavorful. The 44 Farms ribeye and spring mix salad are fantastic. Prices are reasonable, and the sirloin is tender and delicious. The atmosphere is nice, though it was a bit cold inside. Warm lighting and temperature adjustments are suggested for colder days. Overall, Nelson's is a fantastic choice for a delicious meal with great service.
