10/10 experience at the Nespresso boutique! My husband and I went into the shop knowing little to nothing about the machines and which one would be good for us. We were overwhelmed and honestly we were going to walk out until Preston came over and helped us. Let me just say that Preston is the epitome of excellent customer service! Baristas are very professional and well dressed, coffee is priced well and they bring it to your table. I got a double espresso which was very smooth. The ambiance is also very nice. Highly recommend this place over the other coffee places at NorthPark mall.
