We love these pretzels, but the service was pretty terrible and there was an employee handling uncooked pretzel dough and sausages without wearing gloves. This is unacceptable for a good establishment.
If you just want a quick bite. Aunt Anne's aroma was alluring and certainly caught the attention of other travelers passing by. It was a nice distraction from the frustration of delayed flights. As I tucked into my pretzel dog, I didn't realize how friendly the staff was making the experience even more enjoyable. Hubby and I each grabbed a salted pretzel to take on the three hour flight we were about to board. The line wasn't long at all. The employees moved quickly. The prices were only slightly higher than at an Auntie Anne's outside of the airport, so that was nice. They were out of the pretzel dogs, which was a slight bummer because I was craving one.
