“Really cute little venue! Great service and quick! The drinks were delicious! We got the strawberry yogurt and the sweet potato late! Let them know how sweet or not sweet you'd like your drink! I'm not a big sweet drink person and mine was perfect! Definitely recommend!“

“Satisfied with my food! A small order of cinnamon/sugar nuggets is the perfect little pick-me-up when on a long day of travel. The service was quick and easy, and the counter woman made sure to offer me a dipping side just in case I forgot haha. All about that icing dipper if you're feeling a sweet tooth coming on! While it was flowing with business as I watched, no one was ever stuck in line unlike some of ther bordering food spots.“

“Best pretzels I've ever had. Ever. Amazing. Customer service is not good because it's teenagers who don't care but on the bright side, they're always busy so there's a high chance that your pretzels will be freshly made. The jalapeño cheese dip is delicious with the bites.“

“I originally intended to grab a "Mall Pretzel" at the competitors shop downstairs. However, after seeing the activity here( high energy, bright light, everyone working) I paused. At that moment I saw them taking the fresh, golden perfectly cooked and glistening, twisted shapes from the hot oil. I quickly stepped to the counter and said," whatever that is being pulled out of the cooker,I'll take one!" I don't eat even 10 percent of the bread that I did 3 years ago. However,I still crave it and this did the trick. More than adequate,5 Star Mall Pretzel. No Brainer ... Go!“

“My first time getting Auntie Anne's, but I was craving something light and decided to grab a pretzel. The line was pretty long, but quite quick to order. I ended up ordering a Jalapeño pretzel that came out to a little less than $5. The employees were patient and had great customer service. Before I checked out, they offered additional sauces as toppings that I declined. Not sure if they’re pre-made, but I was given a warm pretzel within a few minutes. The pretzel itself was a little small, but quite buttery and filling. Worth stopping by for a quick snack!“

“Hubby and I each grabbed a salted pretzel to take on the three hour flight we were about to board. The line wasn't long at all. The employees moved quickly. The prices were only slightly higher than at an Auntie Anne's outside of the airport, so that was nice. They were out of the pretzel dogs, which was a slight bummer because I was craving one. The pretzels were piping hot when we got them and very soft. We didn't eat them until about 2 hours later when we were in the air, and while they were no longer hot, they were still very soft and delicious. Definitely hit the spot at the time and was a nice little snack to have on the plane... sure beats the little packet of nuts they give you. Employees were fast and friendly. Everything was clean. Wheelchair and service dog friendly. Plenty of space.“

“The reviews don't make a ton of sense in my opinion, I mean it's a fast food place in the mall, let's be real. Today me and my fiancé decided we wanted to finally try the pretzel dogs with the have with the cheese dip (i love cheese dip) and a coke for a little snack in between shopping. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful got us all set up in a matter of minutes. We grabbed a table and enjoyed our snack and coke. I will definitely be back to scarf down some more delightful pretzel dogs and wash em down with a refreshing coke in the near future. P.S. their coke was really good, I don't know if we were just thirsty or if not they had the perfect syrup carbonation combo. Two thumbs up!“
