I love this place. Small intimate location. AMAZING bartenders. I don’t care who’s your favorite, they’re all good. You get shows with your drinks and we all love that extra dazzle ✨ Jared is the best but really so hard to pick faves there. Best Moscow mules. Best shots. Best drinks. Great place.
We went to parliament on a Saturday night for late night cocktails. The bartender was awesome and made us cocktails that were based on what we asked for. But the bill came out and they automatically tipped 20% without saying anything before they ran the check . I have never had any restaurant or a bar ever charged 20% tip automatically with only four people. Needless to say we did not check it before we paid the bill and we ultimately paid double tip. It was a bit disappointing.

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night after dinner one night. It was a packed house and very dark inside, I'm amazed that a cocktail waitress saw us and got our order down within a couple minutes of walking in (again, very packed house). The menu is a whole book of cocktails(literally) but I love it! I ordered the Lululemon (vodka cocktail) and my friend ordered the El Chapo. The Lululemon was refreshing although I wish I tasted the coconut more! Definitely want to come back on...read full review
