The customer service was amazing of a 1st time visit experience.Also The price was very fair for the high quality of the loose leaf teas provided. If you don't know much about tea and brewing or have experience in tea, Mrs. Ngu will be happy to inform you. I definitely enjoyed our conversation while making my selection of teas. I personally prefer the Gyokuro green tea and the aroma is just so nice to smell. I will for sure come back again to restock when the time comes.
