Came here on a whim for gifts and had a great experience. The teas were great quality but I was really impressed with the service. Terrence was an approachable expert who not only answered but expanded on all the questions we had. The place was in a bit of a weird plaza that may have you thinking you are in the wrong place but just follow the signs and you'll be brought right to where you need to be. They also had free tea tastings and 10% off if you bought in store. A gem that needs more exposure!

The customer service was amazing of a 1st time visit experience.Also The price was very fair for the high quality of the loose leaf teas provided. If you don't know much about tea and brewing or have experience in tea, Mrs. Ngu will be happy to inform you. I definitely enjoyed our conversation while making my selection of teas. I personally prefer the Gyokuro green tea and the aroma is just so nice to smell. I will for sure come back again to restock when the time comes.

You can tell he’s passionate about tea and wants his customers leaving happy! I was able to taste test different flavors before buying one I liked.I pre-ordered the Turmeric Sunrise but ended up buying Green Pomegranate as well! Smelled amazing and tasted even better. Definitely recommendFYI: the shop is inside the main building on the second floor. Simply go to the main building and on the second floor find unit 228!

Great find. It's a tea shop in an upstairs executive suite. (Basically an office with tea in shelves.) Super nice experience, very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Great selection as well.

I have used this tea for years! I use to only use bag tea and when i discovered T7tea i now only do loose tea! Some of my favs are Spearmint and the black teas like earl grey! Don’t wait, but now!!!! Fall is coming and its so nice to have a cup of hot tea!
