This location provides really bad customer service. There is a "store manager" named Ruben who sits there's playing on his phone while customers wait long wait times. He also has an attitude when you ask him questions. They lost a sale for a new line today because of him.

I typically don't take time to write bad reviews. I like to write positive ones when given exceptional service. I'm writing this because this was the worst customer experience I've had anywhere in quite a while.
