Please visit The Saint and Ian at this super deft spot right on the boom in Deep Ellum. I only got to see a sneak peak of the wine they carry Ruinart Blanc to Blanc. Pick one up, make a toast. Welcome to the Dallas area guys. Rock it!
Don't let the understated exterior fool you, this is a true gem and culinary experience. Had a wonderful evening tonight with my girlfriend. The service and food was top notch quality

I had a delightful, fantastic dinner at The Saint tonight. The tuna crudo was dynamite - caesar salad was unique (black garlic flavor) and great - their limoncello was better than what I've had in italy - and I can't even say enough about the cherry/thyme creme brulee - encourage you to give it a try!!
