“If they get the order right, it is pretty good. One huge problem is about 60% of the time when I order a meat burrito they give me a bean burrito and i hate the bean burrito. ? It is really infuriating when i have repeated it, and it is still wrong.“
“Lunch was great! Burger King has a 2 for $10 special! 2 combos for $10! Regular size burger & regular size chicken sandwich. That is what we chose anyway. My husband got a regular combo while my daughter got chicken fries. My eldest daughter & I got the 2 for $10. It was a bargain! Plenty of food! The customer service was great & fast. It was really clean on there. The best part was the fries!!“

“While we were on our way, we decided to make a stop at this location. The service was exceptional! Hailey took our order and made our experience truly enjoyable. She greeted us with a warm smile and even inquired about our morning. It was 5 am, so I was particularly impressed by her positive attitude at such an early hour! She mentioned that she was training to become a team leader, but I have no doubt she'll excel beyond that.“
“This QT location in Decatur, TX is usually busy. QT offers plenty of choices for snacks and beverages. They have made to order food at the grill area, or premade hot and cold snacks in the food section. If you cannot find any snacksnthennyou're not at QT.There's candy, chips, ice cream, gum, mints, slushies, coffee, fountain drinks, bottled drinks... and a lot more.QT also has a small assortment of minor emergency automotive supplies, travel items, hats, sunglasses, first aid, and a few souvenir type items.The restrooms were clean. This time they were out of hand towels in one of the dispensersn in the women's restroom. I let the cashier know.The checkout process is quick. The cashiers were friendly, enough. One thing, however... the checkout area can be a bit confusing during busier times of the day. Everyone in the checkout area are standing around, willy-nillly, looking to see who is next. That's my only complaint. A more defined line or que would help, greatly.Gasoline pumps area is busy -- plain and simple.There is parking up close to the actual store, which is usually busy. At least .the time of day when I have been there.There are plenty of entrances into the store around the perimeter of the building. They have several handicap parking spots near the entrances. However, moving around with a wheelchair might be challenging. Getting a drink or food is okay from a wheelchair but some items are more difficult to reach. The checkout counter is too high from a wheelchair point of view.This QT location has several outdoor, covered tables for eating snacks.“
