They helped us hook up our slideshow to run in the background plus our playlist. Bonus was it was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Highly HIGHLY recommend for any event or just dinner. “My quandary: give Hannah’s the rave review it deserves and risk not being able to get a table on a Saturday night or just pretend we never made it to dinner? Looking for a new restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, my wife made a reservation at this gem in Denton and we were not disappointed. Our table was laid out with rose petals to celebrate the occasion and the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary. The menu had a multitude of items that sounded mouth-watering, so the decision making process was tortuous. We settled on bacon wrapped dates and steamed mussels as appetizers. The dates were moist and the bacon crispy, a perfect bite of sweet and salty. The mussels were perfectly steamed with a delicious broth and the perfect crispy, warm French bread to sop it up. A great start. My wife ordered Beef Cheek stuffed Ravioli, remembering how much she loved the beef cheeks we first ate in Spain. Ground meat in the ravioli topped with a perfect ragu of tomatoes, beef cheek, and vegetables. I am drawn to duck whenever I see it on the menu and the Rosemary smoked Duck Breast was cooked to perfection; crispy skin, juicy meat, and a sun dried cherry pico tart enough to complement its maple syrup glaze. The sliced duck breast was served atop a wild rice and vegetable pancake that was unique and perhaps the star of the dish. Come on, who wouldn’t love pancakes for dinner? A couple glasses of wine with dinner, a slice of award winning carrot cake for desert with an espresso, and exquisite service all evening long made for an ideal anniversary celebration. Thank you to the kitchen staff and everyone in the front of the house and remember to save us a table on Saturday nights. See you soon.”

And yesturday—we came back. And THANK GOODNESS WE DID. The food was absolutely phenomenal (more on that below), but what truly brought us back into the 940’s fan club was Diana. Our waitress. Our queen. Our Lunch MVP. She was kind, attentive, hilarious, and genuinely made us feel like we were the highlight of her day. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, gave us fantastic recommendations, and treated us like old friends. She wasn’t just doing her job—she was the energy. She took a great meal and made it a memorable experience. Diana, if you see this: You’re the reason we’ll be back again and again. Give this woman a raise, a crown, and whatever shift she wants. Now, the food: • The pulled pork poppers? 10/10. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and smoky inside, with two sauces that made it impossible to pick a favorite. A flavor-packed appetizer we wouldn’t change a single thing about. • The fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese? Elite. Thick, crunchy, juicy chicken with all the right toppings and that creamy, dreamy pimento that took it into comfort food heaven. • We also tried the Lemon Pom Pom and a Strawberry mocktails—both light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced to pair with the richness of the meal. “Ordered through Grubhub for a late-night meal and it definitely hit the spot. This Jack in the Box is one of my go-to spots when we want something quick, indulgent, and consistently good.

We ordered tacos, an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, egg rolls, curly fries, a root beer, brown sugar boba tea, and a slice of cheesecake. Everything was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for—crispy, satisfying, and full of flavor.

We’d never tried dessert from here before and were pleasantly surprised. The boba tea was fun and had just the right amount of sweetness, and the cheesecake was perfectly soft and melt-in-your-mouth.

Only downside was we didn’t receive any sauce with the order, which would’ve taken it up a notch—but overall, still a great late-night experience.”

He didn’t sound irritated or rushed, and there was absolutely no attitude. Even when it came to giving our mobile code, his tone stayed calm and pleasant.

The venue offered an incredible amount of space, which made it easy to create distinct areas for each part of the celebration. We were able to comfortably set up a buffet area, dedicated guest seating, and a beautiful henna station, all without the space ever feeling crowded.

One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility of the venue. The layout allowed guests to move freely between activities while still keeping the event organized and inviting. Whether people were enjoying the food, getting henna done, or simply spending time with family and friends, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the festivities.

The venue was clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect atmosphere for a vibrant and memorable Pithi celebration. We received many compliments from our guests about the space and how comfortably everything was arranged.

I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!””

I ordered delivery from here tonight (8/24) through the Popeyes app. My order was done and picked up way ahead of schedule and it arrived nice and fresh despite being across town. I guess they almost ran out of the butterfly shrimp since I only got about half of my order of those, but they gave me an entire extra box of popcorn shrimp instead which was so nice! My chicken was also spicy when I ordered mild, but I’d honestly rather have that than a different kind of meat that I didn’t want. Apart from that, they got my order completely right and I’m very happy with what I got. They even gave me all the sauces I ordered, including gravy!

I haven’t had good experiences with this location in the past, but it seems they have really stepped up their game. Overall, I’m very pleasantly surprised!”

“As someone who genuinely loves coffee and is always on the hunt for a great coffee shop, Record Coffee Supply was truly exceptional!!

The barista was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I also LOVE that their lattes come in 8 oz or 12 oz sizes — so you get an actual coffee-forward latte, not a giant cup of milk.

And the syrups are made in-house!! I ordered the Moreno Latte, half sweet, in an 8 oz, and it was 10/10. The perfect balance of espresso and flavor.

The prices are not on the menu so ask because it’s a bit more than I would expect for food at the mall. But the food was good.”
