“We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was FANTASTIC! Absolutely perfect! Trey and Alex (esp Trey) were amazing to work with and so helpful and friendly. They printed special menus with our choices of entrees plus the appetizers and desserts we chose. The Servers assigned to us couldn’t have been better; so attentive and responsive, and very friendly! They helped us hook up our slideshow to run in the background plus our playlist. Bonus was it was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Highly HIGHLY recommend for any event or just dinner. Their food is amazing”

“We came back to try the sushi this time. We had the Poke bowls the first time and they were so good, that we wanted to come back and try the sushi. The rolls were HUGE. Double the circumference and length of most rolls at other places. We had the FlaMango and the Spicy Dragon. The ingredients were very fresh, the mango was sweet and the fish was sliced very generously. The Spicy Dragon had just the right amount of heat in the spicy tuna, crunch of the jalepeno, balanced with the cream cheese to help. The staff were all very friendly: greeting everyone and thanking them - even the food delivery drivers. They may have a smaller amount of rolls to choose from but it is a good variety. Quality over quantity. This place is wonderful. Next we'll have to try the Hibachi. Definitely a find for Denton!”

Whiskey is basic but good.

Ate the kimchi chicken fries and that was such a good combo! Would highly recommend it. All the food looked good too so doesn't look like anything is a bad choice here.

“My quandary: give Hannah’s the rave review it deserves and risk not being able to get a table on a Saturday night or just pretend we never made it to dinner? Looking for a new restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, my wife made a reservation at this gem in Denton and we were not disappointed. Our table was laid out with rose petals to celebrate the occasion and the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary. The menu had a multitude of items that sounded mouth-watering, so the decision making process was tortuous. We settled on bacon wrapped dates and steamed mussels as appetizers. The dates were moist and the bacon crispy, a perfect bite of sweet and salty. The mussels were perfectly steamed with a delicious broth and the perfect crispy, warm French bread to sop it up. A great start. My wife ordered Beef Cheek stuffed Ravioli, remembering how much she loved the beef cheeks we first ate in Spain. Ground meat in the ravioli topped with a perfect ragu of tomatoes, beef cheek, and vegetables. I am drawn to duck whenever I see it on the menu and the Rosemary smoked Duck Breast was cooked to perfection; crispy skin, juicy meat, and a sun dried cherry pico tart enough to complement its maple syrup glaze. The sliced duck breast was served atop a wild rice and vegetable pancake that was unique and perhaps the star of the dish. Come on, who wouldn’t love pancakes for dinner? A couple glasses of wine with dinner, a slice of award winning carrot cake for desert with an espresso, and exquisite service all evening long made for an ideal anniversary celebration. Thank you to the kitchen staff and everyone in the front of the house and remember to save us a table on Saturday nights. See you soon.”

And yesturday—we came back. And THANK GOODNESS WE DID. The food was absolutely phenomenal (more on that below), but what truly brought us back into the 940’s fan club was Diana. Our waitress. Our queen. Our Lunch MVP. She was kind, attentive, hilarious, and genuinely made us feel like we were the highlight of her day. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, gave us fantastic recommendations, and treated us like old friends. She wasn’t just doing her job—she was the energy. She took a great meal and made it a memorable experience. Diana, if you see this: You’re the reason we’ll be back again and again. Give this woman a raise, a crown, and whatever shift she wants. Now, the food: • The pulled pork poppers? 10/10. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and smoky inside, with two sauces that made it impossible to pick a favorite. A flavor-packed appetizer we wouldn’t change a single thing about. • The fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese? Elite. Thick, crunchy, juicy chicken with all the right toppings and that creamy, dreamy pimento that took it into comfort food heaven. • We also tried the Lemon Pom Pom and a Strawberry mocktails—both light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced to pair with the richness of the meal. I was kind of hesitant, but as they say when in Rome and I’m telling you what I was highly surprised completely amazed so much that I looked into getting a franchise of these back home, I spoke with the owner of this franchise here, Kirk Super awesome guy told me all about the business but what really sells it is all the different flavors and the quality of a gourmet popsicle. This isn’t cheap little popsicle truck with cheap popsicles. This is high-quality good stuff.”

Gabby was our server and she took care of us. She provided quality hospitality and made sure we had everything and was constantly checking on us. Christopher who was the cook that evening after our order was served, took the time to come to our table and asked how was everything and engaged in conversation with us. I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!””

From the moment we walked in the door to a very packed restaurant to the moment we left we were acknowledged & taken care of. Faith was our waitress & let me tell you, I have NEVER had a more amazing server. She knew so many things about the menu, was able to offer suggestions without being pushy, she was simply friendly, & just overall such a cool person. I would honestly come back just to see her. The meatball appetizer was our favorite part of the meal followed by the salad.”

“I had an amazing experience at Smoketerranean, a smoked Iranian food truck. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the kebabs and lamb—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. They also offer halal options, which is a big plus.

“I love Pei Wei, the food is always so fresh, and the GM is always superb about customer service. Only reason for not being 5 stars (as it deserves) is whoever the light-skin, baby dread-headed guy is that takes orders up front. I come to this location frequently, and he always has a sour mood, and is almost had a disdain for taking orders. I understand maybe not loving your job, but he takes your order as if he hates your guts. First time I came and thought, maybe he’s just having a bad day, and I get that. But every time I’ve come here, and it’s not the GM taking orders (he’s a great guy), this dude does, and he just has such a dry & awful attitude. I feel like I’m a pretty nice guy and approachable. I don’t understand the attitude.”

It’s so rare to find proper OG Triple Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice in Dallas, and this hidden gem absolutely nailed it. The triple rice was legit - rice, noodles, chicken, omelette on top, and that delicious chicken Manchurian gravy on the side. Pure comfort food.

We also tried the Veg Crispy with Manchurian balls, and the sauce was amazing - perfectly spicy, tangy, and flavorful. The portions are really good as well.

Overall, an awesome food truck experience with truly authentic taste. Definitely worth the stop!”

“The better milk tea spots in Denton. I’d recommend the cream dirty bubble tea，25% sugar and less ice tastes best. The flavor is smooth and not too heavy. I usually go about once a week. For delivery, you need to order with a cake to meet the minimum, which is a bit inconvenient, so it’s better to go in store.”

“Stopped here heading back from target. The food is cooked to order and is very tasty. Had the spinach and lorocco papusas, 3 corn tortilla chicken tacos, and 1 chicken quesadilla for 20.00. Chicken is tender, seasoned, great portion. The papusas are overflowing w cheese and the quesadilla is very filling. The ladies are very kind and sweet providing great service. Will definitely go back very soon.”

“We tried Currywood’s Punjab kitchen last night & were truly impressed by the quality and taste of all the items we ordered. Garlic naan were freshly baked & were so soft👍🏼. Dahi bhalle had the perfect balance of sweet & savory flavor like chaat is supposed to be 🤌🏼 Chicken curry was absolutely melt in the mouth delicious. Meat was so tender which perfectly complemented the soft naan. My fingers didn’t break through the naan trying to cut the chicken pieces. Food was 10/10 🫶🏼 Can’t wait to go again and stuff my face with this yummness 🤤”

“I definitely should've posted a picture of the food the fries didn't look like they did online but it definitely complimented the meal. The wings definitely on point and tasting wonderful. Also if you get the food To Go double check your bag for the ranch because I believe my food would've been more enjoyable if the lady hadn't had told me she put it in the bag then tries to charge me for extra and there was never any even in the bag. But definitely saying if I had the ranch it would've been BUSTING. I would give a 5 star because I would eat there but a 4 star cause it's super pricey. Especially for just 2 person.”
