Omar was fantastic. We live in Aubrey and travel here because of the food is always excellent and the customer service is top tier. I’m not sure if Omar is the manager but he’s for sure leading by example. Love this location and will continue to drive here with my family. Worth the 20min
moved from california-haven't had pollo loco in almost 2 yrs! this place is awesome! super clean-great fast service! definitely worth the 2hr 45 min from Oklahoma? we will be back lol-keep up the good work guys!Parking: plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: very friendly
