I went to this store tonight and the customer(s) were being so rude to the employees about a hot and ready pizza that wasn't "hot and ready". It is a Friday and the traffic to the store was crazy. My wait wasn't long and the staff was professional. I am leaving a good review because the older "gentleman" was giving the staff a hard time and I didn't think it was fair. I wish I could say better things about this place. I'm hoping it gets better. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza but it was regular crust with salt. If you haven't had their REAL pretzel crust, it is delicious. I'm going to try the place in Lewisville to see if they make the REAL pretzel crust. I did get it one in Denton but twice after that was a no go.
