I had lunch with you today and while the food and service were good, I was surprised by the portion size of my meal. I had the choose 2, a potato soup with a cheese sandwich. I dined in and the soup was served in a small paper container like for takeout and it was barely half full. The same issue with my sandwich, not a half sized portion, as I was expecting. Update: I was given an opportunity to try them out again and they didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect. The New Yorker was so yummy. My daughter loves this place and has been telling me about it for a while.First and last time. No wonder this place was empty! I recently went to the location in Frisco for the first and everything was perfect. So i took my husband here to try since we were nearby. Never again. What a waste of money! I went to this McAlisters deli because it was more convenient and was in the area. I normally eat at the North Denton location, but was willing to try this location. Everything was going well, but then I heard an employee asking the manager to go home if labor was too high. In front of customers.
