Unassuming but authentic tacos with hand pressed, thick tortillas. The guy who runs the truck is on top of everything. There is nothing fancy about this place, but we've been back several times for the breakfast tacos. It's outside and while there are table, they're not the cleanest because everything is exposed to the elements.
Okay, now granted, we're from Colorado/Kansas - but we have NEVER seen our fresh flour tortilla being rolled out by hand in front of us right before being freshly cooked on the grill! It totally took our breakfast experience to the next level! My husband loves a breakfast burrito filled with ALL THE THINGS. And Sofy's delivered!! The potatoes definitely could have used some seasoning, but seriously - it was all so delicious. We'd definitely come back!!!

This is the place! If you like tacos for breakfast or lunch, there's no reason to go anywhere else. Not only is the food fantastic, but Sofy is a lot of fun too! The eating area is comfortable to come and eat-in, even for a family. This is a hidden gem that we are lucky to have in the area. Now get out there and support Sofy!
