My 103 year old Grandma was telling me about this place and she wanted some fish. She said my uncle used to drive there from Oak Cliff when he was alive. So when I surprised her today with the fish she was so happy. I have to say pretty damn good. The service was great not like Mason when I went a couple of weeks ago now they were rude.
I was told by my neighbor about this restaurant and he talks about it all the time so I was in the area and decided that I would stop in and give them a try. But I didn't actually go in the dining room I went to the drive through. They have a very big menu to choose from so I was kind of skeptical about what I was going to eat although I love chicken but I also saw that they serve gizzard so I tried those . So I decided to try this place after passing by it several times and the mixed reviews. The drive thru was full and wrapped around the buildings entrance. So I made my order for a 5pc dark meal, 3 PC dark meal and 10pc hot wings. Just to get a variety of the sides and offerings. So all the meat came out steaming as it was fresh and tasty.
