Uncover Desoto's Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“The food is overall was very good, but I had the carne asada and it was not the best, but I loved everything else. It feels like a small diner, so you can actually talk to people at your table. I gave it 4 stars, only because it doesn't feel up-to-date, but it has a very family-owned feel.“
“This was my first time visiting the Fuzzy's in Desoto. I usually go to the location in Red Oak, but seeing that they recently closed down I gave this location a shot. WELL WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY!! Ladonna's customer service was impeccable. She recommended items on the menu that I have never tried and now I have a new favorite...the Baja Fish Taco is AMAZING! Light battered and crispy. 10/10 experience. Thank you.Vegetarian options: N/AWheelchair accessibility: N/A“
“Always a great time! The salsa and chips will have you coming back time after time. Delicious milanesa, tortilla soup, and tortas! The breakfast menu is also scrumptious. ?Kid-friendliness: There is a bar area, but the environment is family friendly. There's also private booths and kid chairs available. Karaoke night every Friday night is BACK! ? ? ?“
“Tried ALL of the taquerias in this area and this is the BEST one. Trompo, asada, and barbacoa are all on point so are the salsas. I even buy just the salsa sometimes when I’m grilling at home it’s so good. Customer service is A1 as well.“
“As a San Antonio native I love puffy tacos, I don’t really understand what’s going on in DFW as far as their version of it. It’s more like a mini taco salad which is whatever, it’s never not good. Especially from Ojedas, again, not a taco in my opinion, but still incredibly delicious. But after many times ordering, what inspired me to leave a review was the sopapillas. I’m sad I only ordered one because I could’ve had 100. Phenomenal Tex mex that deserves to be in D magazine.“
