Not bad, not great. Service is slow, but everyone is nice. The prices are really a bit out of control for the type of food, but that's not necessarily this location's fault.
Like most DQs they don't pay their employees much and quality, cleanliness, and speed suffers because of it. The Last time I went (the last for sure), employee took order and I waited 25 minutes, finally asked what was wrong and they said that the order didn't make it back to cook. That is because the person taking the order couldn't enter it because it didn't exist on the menu (3 piece fish). I am shocked, SHOCKED, to give any fast food place a 5 star rating, but somehow, I had the best hamburger so far this year at this Dairy Queen. That the staff was quick and friendly is a bonus. If you don't want fancy steak and seafood or Mexican food in Eagle Lake, this is a great option.
