I am shocked, SHOCKED, to give any fast food place a 5 star rating, but somehow, I had the best hamburger so far this year at this Dairy Queen. That the staff was quick and friendly is a bonus. If you don't want fancy steak and seafood or Mexican food in Eagle Lake, this is a great option.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DQ, they gave me an old chicken strip basket so I threw it away and forgot to get my small cone, they said I couldn't get my cone and then refused to give me a refund.Under the worst management in a really long time, I won't be back unless it's to get my money back for the cone I paid for and never received , and the old 4 piece chicken strip basket that's in my trash can right now.

Slow slow slow service, cold food, and you stole my change? 2 meals for $24. Every time I come here, it sucks. Count y’all’s day. As soon as any other fast food place opens in town, you guys will lose all the little business you got. Might as well drive to Columbus, my food will still be hotter than this easy bake oven food was by the time I get home.

On a whim, decided we would like some food from Dairy Queen, Eagle Lake, TX. Well, ​Called to place a pick up order and was placed on hold and the she never came back to take my order. Listened while she took order after order that was placed over the speaker, then just background noise which turned to quiet mumbles evey now and again. I want to see how long it would take her to come back to the phone, it never happened. I hung up at 29mins and 23 sec. Wish I could upload these screen shots. And yes, I have great patience. Just horrible service. Thought it had gotten better but nope

The worst DQ you'll ever visit! I've worked in the area for over a year now and have experienced multiple issues with this place. Wrong orders occasionally happen, but it's the wait time I've encountered on several trips here. Today set me over when the guy explained it was a "we're still getting used to our new system" excuse, while I watch other customers come and go. This as been my 6th or 7th time now that I've waited 30 mins for a burger! Corporate DQ needs to do something. Last time I spend money here.

HORRIBLE customer service! Went through the drive thru was told to pull around front. After 10 min my son went in to get the food, waited another 5 min as the food was just sitting on the counter! WTH! If we wanted to go in we would’ve done that in the first place!
