Drive thru employee was very unprofessional, when I asked why it took 13 minutes for my order of duo burgers, he said if I didn't like it he would cancel order and I could leave.I responded great customer service, I'll take my order, paid and left. Won't be back to this BK.

This place really needs to be closed down I went the other day at the drive thru and some female that works there was being very rude and disrespectful to me for absolutely no reason so I was pretty shocked about that then I let her & her so called manager know that I was going to report them and they laughed especially the rude female that was supposed to take my order laughed very loud, I will never go back to this Burger King again I go to the Burger King on the other side of town & I’m very surprised that nothing has been done about the employees at this place. Horrible.

I had placed an order through their mobile order and ordered extra bacon. I paid extra for it and when I went to pick it up. The burger had NO BACON. When I called to let them know what had happened they didn’t answer the five times I called! The nuggets were cold and soggy. Never again!

Horrible horrible experience! I placed my order online and went to the drive thru for pick up. The person in front of me took a long time so I left the drive thru and went inside to pick up my order. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted, instead all i heard was the employees talking amongst each other and to the person at the drive thru and speaking in a very unprofessional manner using curse words all while not even noticing I was there. Finally I was given horrible service and began waiting for my order. The employees still didn’t care there was customers present and continued acting in an unprofessional manner with each other. I noticed the manager was one of the very unprofessional employees as well, she was also the cook and was chewing gum horribly while preparing my food. I finally got my food and left the establishment feeling disgusted and appalled that people can act this way at their place of work. I wish I could give them 0 stars. No wonder the place was completely empty.

Every time I come to this place is a bad service the drive thru it’s a joke, people playing instead of working and my food is always undercooked. They say I’ll be right with you but take 15 minutes ? they really need to close this restaurant.

Horrible Management. I had ordered thru their app and when I went to pick it up, the manager Emerald stated that my order was not there. I had showed her my order from my phone and she kept repeatedly saying that my order was not there in a very disrespectful, unprofessional, rude tone. I tried to keep my cool but her rude behavior was unacceptable and so I pointed at her to stop speaking to me in that tone and then suddenly she totally flipped out like a crazy KAREN!!! She started yelling at me to stop pointing at her and then she then she refused to talk to me, started to kick me out of the store and threatened me to call the cops!! She went totally nuts!! After that, another manager came in to talk to us and to de-escalate the situation and was willing to get my order. After all this mishap, one of the employees pressed a green button from a register and then the machine was printing out a lot of orders!! And guess what, my order was there!! And the nice employee showed my order to Emerald (the KAREN manager) telling her my order was there!! So they finally gave me my order after like an hour later and I will never go back to this store AGAIN!! I have never been so humiliated in my life and I have never been through such an awful experience in a store!! Burger King if you read this post, you need to terminate her from your establishment as soon as possible. This is totally unacceptable.

Was waiting in the drive through chillin until 20 min past and no one got my order all they kept saying was “we will be right with you”. I had a long line behind me and still nothing, really bad and then they answer you saying “naw”.
