Customer service at this establishment is mind-blowingly bad. The blonde-haired young lady who assisted me clearly detests her job. She handed me my card and receipt with a condescending attitude, so much so that the receipt flew out the window. I always check my order before driving off, but before I could mention my missing items, she closed the window and walked away, leaving me speechless. I'll never return to this restaurant again! The manager needs to reconsider keeping this toxic employee on staff. No wonder this place is always empty.
As Churches chicken goes, this one in Edinburg, off university near 281 is a good one. They served their food hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy and not oily. The biscuits were fresh and crispy, and the place was immaculate. I’ll recommend this one for now.

I waited 20 minutes for them just to tell me there's a 15 minute wait longer for some spicy chicken. I ordered 8 pieces of spicy chicken and it took half an hour. Management didn't care. Neither did the employees. Avoid this place if you value your time.

This is the very first time I come to this Location and never again will I come here again. I bought the Family Meal and that is 16 pieces of chicken and when I ask the cashier for packages of ketchup she only gives me 3 small packets. I ask her can I have more and she told me I’m only allowed to give 3. Like Seriously ? it’s ketchup!!!!!! For the chicken that I’m buying there!!!!!!! Never again will I come back to this Location.
