I have had the opportunity to travel the US due to work, which has allowed me to visit some awesome donut places. I have eaten donuts from Strange Donuts in Missouri, Death by Donuts in Seattle, and Hypnotic Donuts in Dallas. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that El Fenix donuts has the BEST CHOCOLATE Glazed donuts that I have eaten!
Simply THE BEST! Pig in a blankets ? make sure you arrive early. Glazed donuts, chocolate donuts, the biscuits ? ? everything really. If you haven't been to El Fenix, you haven't been to Edinburg.

Longtime Bakery in Edinburg that is famous for their hot glazed donuts ! Family owned and operated by the Romero family for many years dating back to my youth. El Fenix has only gotten better !
