“It's one of my favorite places to eat for breakfast. They have served great breakfast and they will fill you up. They have all types of Mexican type breakfast to choose from. So if your in town visiting with friends or family. Go in and get a great breakfast.“
“If you're driving though El Campo on the way to the valley, this place is awesome! Fresh flour tortillas, barbacoa, menudo, and all your typical Mexican breakfast foods. It's a welcoming little hole in the wall, but totally worth the stop:) you literally feel like you've walked in to your grandmas house. The owners are super sweet too.“
“The taco bell in el campo tx is by far the best I have seen in the area. The burritos that we ordered were really good and the way I wanted them. The customer service was great also. I will return to this taco bell, they have nice workers!!!!!“
“Driving through El Campo for the first time on the way to the beach and every single restaurant in town had ZERO cars in the parking lot! The only places that were busy were the same ol fast food joints in every toen. As we approached the south side of town near 59 we found this little gem! We were towing a camper and we needed plenty of space to drive through a parking lot. There were a few cars in the parking lot too indicating there were just more than employees here and still plenty of room to pull through with a truck and camper. As mentioned in other reviews the restaurant does look dark from the outside but that's probably because of the tint on the windows to keep it cooler in the summertime. The restaurant is small but very clean and the two servers handled all the tables very well! Our food took less than 15 minutes to come out and it was delicious! My son got the bean and cheese nachos which were just okay but perfect for a child. I got the smothered chicken with crawfish and shrimp which was very delicious! It's hard to cook chicken breasts and it not be dry. The chef here cooked the chicken to the right temp to keep it moist which made it fork tender. If you're driving through El Campo or if you're looking for a stop right off of highway 59 this is your place to go for good Tex Mex!Oh and top of it all....the Modelo was only $5!“
“Awsome spot. The food is well prepared and the staff friendly. They dont hold back on the portions either. They keep the place very clean. The menu has pictures in case you don't understand what you're ordering. The restaurant is spacious so the staff can move about freely without interfering with your meal.“
“Took a To Go order for a picnic with my pup. Three chorizo/egg tacos made to perfection. Came with a salsa verde pack for each taco. Still fresh and hot by the time I got to the park. 10/10 would recommend. This is how Mexican food is supposed to taste.“
“Since the Los Cucos in our hometown burned down, we have been missing the great dishes offered by Los Cucos restaurants. El Campo Los Cucos DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Service was great, drinks were amazing, and the FOOD WAS FABULOUS!!! Will be visiting again for sure.“
“I have been enjoying some of the best tex-mex here for the past 3 decades. Tea glass stays full, chips keep coming, the food is freshly prepared. Clean establishment. Family owned and operated.Parking: Large parking lot for RV, Boats or trailersKid-friendliness: kid friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: easy single story access“
“So we stumbled upon this gem when passing through. Man oh man is this place amazing!!! The place is clean and attentive waitress and staff. The food is fresh to order and the horchata is sooo good. I got the street tacos make them premium ones it's so worth it. My husband had a burrito which he thoroughly enjoyed. We now stop in every single time we pass through. Also don't forget to visit the candy store across the street. Sooo many goodies“
