I placed an order at 5:40 to pick up, it took 25 minutes to deliver the order, I understand when it is busy but there were no people and the worst thing is that the employees were talking and the manager was wasting time, really, what a bad service and that the manager was not make your employees productive.

I should of read all the reviews before going to this place they should just close it, its that horrible example: Could i get a 2 pc thighs only please, come home, open the box an i see a dead cat staring back at me "sarcasm", but for real the 3 minutes i spent in the drive thru i experienced, just about all of the neg reviews, could not hear the person on the microphone, got my meal wrong, i think i got a hockey puck for a biscuit, and no napkins safe to say i wont be leaving any money there anymore for crying out loud 3 years without going to popeyes but with this experience im 54 and ill probably pass away b4 i go back. ENOUGH SAID.

The workers never know what they are doing! They always say I have to waist 10min & I always end up waiting 20min or more. Pluss the orders are never correct I'm always missing something.I wish there was another closer to my house or that they would train their employees right.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo and they take my sandwich back and I see the mf worker bust a nut on my sandwich and put it back in its bag. I was horrified but still took a bite and it was very tasty. Just be cautious when ordering extra mayo as you never know if it will be mayo or sum else.
