I have watched this man demonstrate how to help thousands of people cook great BBQ and not to be afraid to make your own sausages, ribs, bacon, or brisket! I had the pleasure to stop by his family establishment today. I wasn't able to see Joe himself, but I did get to meet his wonderful brother! Today the family and I went to Joes Pit to give it a shot on their infamous BBQ. I first would like to start off that their customer service/hospitality is out of this world. Best brisket I ever had. The Oklahoma burger was on point. The smoke chicken was very good. The chile relleno Sausage was fantastic. Everthing was great. Will definitely go back to taste everything else on the menu.
