Very very good. Ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The gentleman working are super polite and check in to make sure everything is good. Never seen a food trucker take that extra step to check on their customers. Highly recommend. If I were pass through El Paso again, definitely coming back.

Almost $17 for 1 order of brisket fries. I was looking forward to these and it was a total disappointment. I asked for packets of salt cause there was no flavor and he didn't like that at all. Sorry man, but it didn't even have a smoky taste to the brisket, not even a char to it. Suggestion to Joe, the cheese sauce is no bueno. Maybe use a chile con queso sauce instead.Update: What a horrible response from the owner! THIS EXPLAINS A LOT!!! I give credit where credit is due and your food / service is definitely not up to par. Instead of being all butt hurt, fix the issue! I have more 5 star rating than 1 star. Like I said I give credit if it's earned my boy. If you want me to go back and show you how to smoke a brisket and make a cheese sauce and definitely not from a can, let me know big bro. ;)P.S. This proves that you hurt your own business by your response, I'd be careful.2nd Update on your unprofessional business owner response: Take it like the big man you are Joe. It's only a clown review when you're not happy with it. Hear your customers out, cause not all are happy with service and or food. I know the cost of bbq food, but it's gotta at least have some taste and yours didn't! This is called constructive criticism and if you don't care to fix it, that's on you.Last response: 1st, You're definitely not one to pull aside and take advice. 2nd, I do know what it's like to run several business, especially a successful restaurant with awesome customer service and amazing food! And guess what?! With BBQ brisket on the menu! 3rd, I did give you a chance with a review, but you messed up, because you have no control of yourself. Quit while you're ahead and listen to the people that are telling you to keep your big mouth shut, cause it's not worth it! Price was not the issue, we actually threw your food away and got the tacos from La Bomba across from you and the food was awesome! Learn from them my boy! Now that's being real!

I have watched this man demonstrate how to help thousands of people cook great BBQ and not to be afraid to make your own sausages, ribs, bacon, or brisket! I had the pleasure to stop by his family establishment today. I wasn't able to see Joe himself, but I did get to meet his wonderful brother! Great atmosphere, great people, and most of all, great food! I hope that the planets will align with where we can stop by again sometime in the near future! Thank you Joe please keep up the great work!!
Today the family and I went to Joes Pit to give it a shot on their infamous BBQ. I first would like to start off that their customer service/hospitality is out of this world. They care for you in a way you're satisfied and guide you in order to be astonished and comfortable within their area. Now their food is a different topic. Their food is very outstanding and unique. Personally myself I enjoyed their Chile Relleno Sausage as it was PACKED with flavor, following that I was very astonished by how juicy the turkey breast was. It was a great way to truly test their food as every BBQ perfects their brisket but not their other meats. As well as they forget about their sides. When it comes to their sides it was definitely a unique experience with the smoked Mac and cheese as it was smooth and fiery with flavor at the same time. I was not a fan of the cowboy beans but I was expecting more of a charro beans when it came to that style. Overall within El Paso this is one of the best BBQs I recommend. One suggestion I would make for the owner/team, is to potentially look into their own homemade sweet tea. As it is not a complete BBQ in Texas, without homemade sweet tea! Once again thank you for your time and outstanding food!

Best brisket I ever had. The Oklahoma burger was on point. The smoke chicken was very good. The chile relleno Sausage was fantastic. Everthing was great. Will definitely go back to taste everything else on the menu.
