“Great Place we were hitting the road and I was going to McDonald's for a coffee, but my grandkids suggested we go to Starbucks instead, cause they also wanted drinks, So we were at the drive thru and I was trying to explain to the person taking my order that I just wanted a coffee like the one I always order at Mikey D's And he suggested I try a ice Lattea, Which was a very good choice cause it kept me awake for a good 160 miles.“

“The patio is awesome. The problem there was the outside tables were all dirty. And there was man that was just posted. I get it he was in the shade but he would just keep looking at me then another lady with a basket got there and literally standing right in front of the entrance door, she kept demanding money.“

“This particular Starbucks is fine, but I don't have as much of a coffee flavor from my drinks as I do at any other Starbucks in the area. I've been to this one a couple times and think I'll just hit a different one from now on.“

“As always, Starbucks knocks it out of the park. I usually don't go in for chain restaurants or cafes or even coffee shops, preferring to experience local fare. However, Starbucks is the exception. Somehow they've mastered the art of the coffee shop experience. The handcrafted drinks are great (if yours isn't great - Starbucks policy is to make you another one that is. All you have to do is ask), the food is actually good, and the atmosphere is relaxing. When traveling and seeking out new experiences, Starbucks is like visiting home. It's warm and welcoming and just feels comfy.But talk about seeking out local venues to learn about the culture, Starbucks is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon people watching. You can really get a feel for the city this way. It's also a great place to strike up an acquaintance and conversation. Starbucks encourages lingering.“

“I placed my order to the wrong location and considered it gone, called that location and told me to just go to my nearest one which one (which was this one). I was already feeling so dumb for placing my order at the wrong place, but the girl was so nice and gave me my order with absolutely NO issue. Her customer service turned my whole day around! Will definitely be returning to this location, it’s rare to find nice, attentive service on a Sunday morning :) and my drink had stickers!“

“i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“

“Zaira was the absolute best when taking my drive thru order and my friends’. We ordered 10 custom drinks and without skipping a beat, she got all of our drinks and food. She was very patient with us and very nice, definitely coming back. Couldn’t stress enough how wonderful of an employee she is, wish Starbucks hired more people like her.“

“I absolutely love everything about this Starbucks location, the baristas are super friendly and always making the best drinks, the atmosphere is super clean and comfy to sit for hours. If you want a place to study this is the place. They are also fast and efficient with drink orders. I suggest you come to this location versus any other.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“Always stop in to the Starbucks inside Albertsons.Angie Mendoza always makes my drink perfect. “Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.“

“The drive thru was very busy, so we parked in the overflow parking so it would be easier to get in and out. They had a constant flow of customers inside, online, and in the drive thru but they kept up and everyone seemed happy. Way to go, Starbucks!“

“This Starbucks is BY FAR the greatest in El Paso! They greet you with such positive energy ask how you’re doing and best of all make everything truly with love. I lived on eastside my whole life had plenty of Starbucks over there, moved to central tried new Starbucks on that side, and now I have a class at epcc near outlets and finally tried this Starbucks and I was completely wowed never experienced such great service and drinks. Definitely worth the drive!“

“My sister and I felt uncomfortable with what seemed to be a homeless man who was in there, and he kept staring at us. He then went to the bathroom area, and even though we needed to use the bathroom, we didn't because we didn't feel safe.“

“This is our new favorite Starbuck's in northeast El Paso. Through the west facing window you have the most stunningly beautiful view of the Franklin mountains that you can enjoy while you sip on your coffee and relax a little at the start of a new day. More importantly than the view are the amazingly wonderful people who work there. We are still learning names, but Mariah and Joey have been very welcoming to us, as well as all the other employees who work there. Keep up the great work guys! People like you make all the difference. We appreciate all you do for our community.“

“I needed a little break from work. I am glad I came when I did. they were closing at 3 PM. I know it is a satellite campus so they don't always have everything stand alone cafes have. but closing at 3 PM on a Friday seems a little early...they did surprise me with the mini frap though. thought it was pretty cute.“

“Starbucks what can I say I know they have been around for a long time and driving around all day in many cities seeing locations just about in every corner I always wondered why people went there what was the hype always a crowd in and out especially lines in the airports waiting for some kind of coffee i couldn’t pronounce or understand the Starbucks language I thought coffee was just coffee like I can get at any gas station or fast food place I begin to wonder and be curious about Starbucks when all out of nowhere they begin to get bad publicity I was wondering what they had done wrong I kept hearing about boycotts something to do with politics and wars I read some losers were starting to order only water to hit them in the pocketbooks and inventory I was told the employees wanted to unionize Starbucks has been through a lot but a good company always survives and is determined by the survival of public support in wanting a good product so was such negative publicity and curiosity one day I with a friend who understood the Starbucks culture offered to buy me coffee a cold brew my first ever in my entire life no joke especially cold brew?? What was that? and so it goes I was impressed so much so that I now consider myself a Starbucks member I even hate to admit it but yes I also have signed up for their App I’m just an ordinary Jean boot t-shirt kind of guy I probably don’t even fit the “Starbucks model client “but then again it goes to show if you have a great product and no matter your politics people just want great service and damn good coffee“

“Stepping into Starbucks for the first time the other day was both exciting and a tad intimidating. However, any anxiety I had was quickly put at ease by the friendly demeanor of the barista behind the counter, Isaac. From the moment I approached the counter, Isaac greeted me with a genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Despite being busy, he took the time to patiently guide me through the menu, offering recommendations and answering my questions with enthusiasm. He didn't just take my order; he engaged in genuine conversation, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. “My experience at this location is extra positive. Yes I waited a long time at the drive thru but currently with COVID19 restrictions it's absolutely Natural. This was the first time I brought my dogs with me to Starbucks and had in mind to get them a treat. I did not order through the mobile app ahead of time for I didn't know how to order a small cup of whip cream for my dogs in the app. So, I waited my turn like everyone else and ordered, I asked how much for the cup of whip cream for my dogs.. they said "Free" aww my heart rejoiced for that simple act of kindness made me feel at home. If a business welcomes and treats my loved dogs well I will definitely be back. It was also joyful to see all the staff look out the window to see my dogs enjoy the treat. Made my day! Kudos to Starbucks!!!“

“Hello I wanted to make a complaint about a customer I had recently witnessed at the Starbucks on B concourse. There were only two employees on shift and both were busy working. Some lady came up and started yelling at a young man. She proceeded to yell at him while was busy, and so was the other lady with pink hair, I think this type of behavior is unnecessary and rude. She claimed to be working for Starbucks Corporate and her name was Linda, what type of people do you guys have representing your company with this type of behavior? It’s just embarrassing for the company.“

“Went this past Thursday morning for the launch of the holiday drinks. Paola was extremely helpful in recommending a drink for me and was very welcoming since the moment I walked in. It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it seemed like second nature to her. She also took the time to explain the Starbucks app to me and how to collect stars for all my future visits.Will definitely be coming back to this location because of her!“

“I went shopping in here to get some grocery items for the airbnb we were staying at. I realized that El Paso doesn't have much of a wide selection in grocery stores so we settled on Albertsons as we had them in Phoenix. This is such a nice and new Albertsons. It's literally more modern and better than any of the ones that I step foot in when I lived in Phoenix. Prices are bit higher then target and Walmart, but your not dealing with those crowds nor having to drive to either of those stores.“

“Good Starbucks but it has so much seating I basically never have to worry about finding a good place to sit and study, that's by far the best part and the reason I keep coming back. The only reason I gave it four stars on "atmosphere" is because I've seen people come in with outside food and just have lunch there, even if it's within their policy, it sometimes creates an unpleasant smell.“
